1. Digital Products (eBooks, Audiobooks, Downloads)

All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable, due to their intangible nature.

2. Physical Products (Signed Books, Merchandise)

If you purchased a physical item directly from this website:

 

• Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.

• Refunds: A refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.

• A photo of the damage or wrong item

• A short description of the issue
